Five Guys in Frisco, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations, lead by example, and ensure guests have a standout experience. You’ll work side-by-side with your team, stepping into any role from cashier to grill to dining room as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the shift and step in to run operations when managementisn'ton site
• Jump into every position-cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room-no task is too small
• Deliver fast,accurateservice and create a great guest experience every time
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
• A team-first mindset withstrong communicationskills
• Someone who leads by doing—not just directing
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems
