THE ROLE

As a Shift Lead, you are responsible for leading the team and setting the tone for every shift.

You will oversee daily operations, guide a team of 2–6 team members, and ensure everything runs smoothly — from product quality to customer experience.

This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to stay composed in fast‑paced situations. You’ll be expected to step in wherever needed, support your team, and lead by example at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating the team throughout the shift
