Job summary

EXOS in the Tampa area is seeking a facility associate to keep the club clean, respond to emergencies, and deliver exceptional member service. You will conduct rounds, teach safe equipment use, and guide new members during tours.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to age/training guidelines, restocking supplies, and supporting staff when trainers are unavailable. CPR/First Aid/AED certifications, a HS diploma, and supervisory experience are valued.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • CPR, First Aid & AED certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and orderly facility.
  • Take the lead in responding to emergencies and be familiar with procedures.
  • Deliver personalized member service with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Make rounds of the facility during shift and enforce safety rules.
  • Give tours to prospective or new members and guide access to restricted areas.
  • Restock locker room and common areas as needed.
  • Assist members with equipment when trainers are not present.
  • Know location and use of first aid supplies and AED units.
  • Monitor team member activity and perform other duties as needed.

Job Summary:Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Maintain a clean and orderly facilityTake the lead in responding to any emergency and be familiar with all emergency proceduresConsistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service whilemaintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitudeMake multiple rounds of the entire facility during shiftDuring rounds, follow the Manager On Duty tasksNotice and remedy unsafe conditionsGive tours to prospective or new membersKnow and enforce guidelines in age and training restricted areasRefill and restock items in the locker room and common areas as neededBe familiar with the proper use of all equipment—cardio, strength, and free weights.
