Goodberry's Frozen Custard in North Carolina is seeking a Shift Lead to own the execution of each shift from start to finish, ensuring service, product quality, and operational standards are consistently delivered in a fast-paced environment.

You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the team, coaching Team Members, adjusting priorities during peak volume, and supporting the store's leadership to keep operations smooth and guests satisfied.

Goodberry's Shift Lead is a front-line leadership role responsible for owning the execution of each shift from start to finish. This position is accountable for ensuring that service, product quality, and operational standards are consistently delivered at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Leads work shoulder-to-shoulder with the team, directing the flow of the shift, making real-time decisions, and maintaining momentum during peak volume. Shift Leads provide critical support to a store's Assistant Manager and General Manger. They are responsible for translating expectations into action by coaching Team Members, adjusting priorities, and ensuring the store is operating efficiently at all times.
