Job summary

Sud Stop Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead in Smithfield, NC to lead a team of Customer Service Attendants and ensure top-notch service in all weather. You’ll coach staff, manage operations, and drive sales while maintaining safety and cleanliness on site.

The role requires leadership and customer-service experience, reliability, and weekend/holiday availability. We offer comprehensive benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred).
• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Car wash experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Compensation:$17.00-19.00 per hour + bonus opportunities
