Make Your Mark as a Shift Lead

Are you passionate about coffee, community, and leading a positive team culture? We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and upbeat leaders to join our Rio Rancho café as Shift Leads. You'll be the go-to person on shift, helping your team deliver top-notch service, keep things running smoothly, and spread good vibes all around.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead by example—bring energy, positivity, and a “customer first” attitude.

Uphold our Company Core Values and Mission.

Support your team and help keep the café clean, organized, and efficient.

Follow our tried-and-true recipes and uphold quality in every cup.

Train, guide, and support team members during your shift.

Help manage inventory, orders, and daily operational checklists.

Act as a key holder—open or close the café and ensure safety for all.

Work closely with the Store Manager to address any team needs.

What You Bring to the Table:

A love for coffee and people!

Experience in food, beverage, or customer service (a plus, not a must).

Dependability and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout your shift.

Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

A valid food handler’s certification (or the ability to get one within 30 days).
