Job summary

Sud Stop Car Wash in Ocoee, FL is seeking a driven Shift Lead to guide a Customer Service Attendant team during each shift. You’ll deliver excellent service, ensure safe operations, train staff, and drive daily performance to meet service and sales goals.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for growth across our nationwide locations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or supervisory background in retail, hospitality, or service is preferred.
• Customer service or sales experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are required.
• Team-first mindset; lead by example and motivate others.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation.
• Train and coach team members to uphold Sud Stop standards.
• Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed.
• Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site.
• Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals.
• Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around)

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
• Customer service and/or sales experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Car wash experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Compensation: $17.00-19.00 per hour + bonus opportunities
