Chick-fil-A Western Center Blvd is seeking strong Shift Lead candidates to join our leadership team. This role supports daily restaurant operations, cultivating exceptional guest service and driving performance in a fast casual setting.

As a Shift Lead you will supervise team members, coordinate breaks and tasks, monitor food safety and cleanliness, and ensure smooth service across peak hours. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available with clear paths for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant.
• Food Handler Certification not required.
• Experience using a computer and register (POS) system.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and holidays.

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager very helpful to your success at this job.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Food Handler Certification not required.
• Experience using a computer and register (POS) system.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays.
