Nothing Bundt Cakes Naperville is looking for a Shift Lead to guide a friendly team during 8-hour shifts. You will model excellent customer service, help maintain product quality, and support daily store operations.

This on-site, full-time role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to motivate colleagues in a fast-paced bakery environment. You’ll collaborate with the team to ensure warm, welcoming experiences for every guest.
