Job summary

Freddy’s is seeking a Shift Leader to help run shifts, support team members, and ensure every guest leaves happy. You’ll coordinate operations from the kitchen to dining areas, coach team members, and act as a supervisor when needed, all while maintaining Freddy’s hospitality standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, experience in fast food or restaurant leadership, and strong communication skills.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 18+ with strong communication and people skills.

Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Able to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift.
