Relogistics Services is seeking a Shift Lead in Denton, TX. You will supervise a small team on the 1st shift, coordinating schedules and ensuring safe, efficient operations. The role includes forklift duties, inventory movement, and quality checks.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Forklift certification is preferred. Relogistics offers competitive pay and strong team support.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift teams to maximize productivity and safety.

• Manage employee relations with local oversight.

• Enter financial data and complete tasks accurately.

As a Shift Lead, you’ll help ensure your team of co‑workers are maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highest safety standards.

Hourly Pay

$21.00 - $23.00/hr

Shift(s)

1st Shift: Monday - Wednesday 5:00am - 5:00pm & Thursday 5:00am - 11:00am

What You’ll Do

• Work with the On‑Site Manager as he/she to sets shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s)
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed
• Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms
• Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility
• Check to make sure loads are secure
• Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard
• Perform basic financial data entry
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What You’ll Need
