Responsibilities include:

1. Opening and closing the store in the absence of management, including system start-ups, cash handling, and preparing the store for the business day. Responsible for opening the back door for deliveries.
2. Completing product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and providing change to cash registers.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging customers, resolving issues, and sharing best practices with team members.
4. Managing store operations such as inventory counts, pricing, signage, maintenance, and compliance with laws.
5. Supporting training, communication, and personal development activities.
6. Serving as a liaison between management and staff, reporting issues, and handling disciplinary matters.

Qualifications include:

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Knowledge of store inventory control is preferred.
