Burrito Shak in Clinton, NC is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts and ensure Burrito Shak standards are followed. This role directs Team Members, supports daily operations, and helps keep the restaurant running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is dependable, demonstrates leadership, and has strong knowledge of restaurant operations. You will lead by example and assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and guest concerns.
