Job summary

America's Pizza Company, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader in Anchorage to help keep the store running smoothly, ensure quality service, and lead the team during the shift.

You will supervise staff, promote teamwork, handle opening/closing tasks, manage cash, and support training. This role requires a strong customer service mindset and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior leadership or QSR experience preferred.
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, proactive, and adaptable.
• Able to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
