Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• CER license is required and NJ driver's license is essential.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and building systems is expected.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of facility during shifts and supervise trade personnel.
• Coordinate with department managers to maintain service levels for guests.
• Conduct daily tours, identify deficiencies, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Assist in budgeting, policies, and service contracts for engineering/maintenance.
• Maintain shift logs and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
