KNAPP Group, a global provider of intelligent automation solutions for intralogistics, is seeking a Shift Engineering Manager in Greencastle, PA. You will lead a maintenance team, oversee automated storage and retrieval systems, and drive safety and efficiency on site.

You will work with On-Site Operations and management to deliver timely repairs, optimize equipment utilization, and ensure high standards of workmanship while coordinating with customer operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams on industrial automation systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical/pneumatic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and system support for automated storage and retrieval systems.
• Coordinate fix responses to emergencies and planned maintenance.
