Hershey Lodge seeks a Full-Time Shift Coordinator to support guest service and hospitality standards, report to the Assistant Manager in the Cocoa Beanery, and oversee training activities within the Food & Beverage outlet.
You will help manage inventory, payroll forecasting, and safety/compliance while maintaining a professional Hershey Lodge image and collaborating with team members. This role includes strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The Hershey Lodge Shift Coordinator position will report to the Assistant Manager in the Cocoa Beanery.
