Job summary

LifeStream is seeking a Shift Coordinator to supervise program staff, ensure service delivery during shifts, and maintain a welcoming, person-centered home environment. You will ensure licensing compliance, safety, and proper documentation while coordinating with clinical and DDS staff.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing scheduling, submitting facility work orders, and promoting positive morale.

Qualifications

• Maintenance of an acceptable CORI
• Negative Drug Screening
• Valid driver’s license
• Use of personal vehicle for work purposes
• Provide management oversight during inclement weather
• Maintain flexibility with weekly scheduled hours to accommodate program needs
• Demonstrated commitment to the philosophy of community inclusion

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all program staff during their shifts.
• Ensure program services are provided during shifts and support coordinators with scheduling.
• Maintain inviting home environment reflecting residents' interests.
• Ensure compliance with licensing indicators and safety regulations.
• Submit work orders to facilities when needed.
• Track entitlements and expenditures using standard accounting practices.
• Promote high employee morale and a positive work environment.
• Communicate with DDS Service Coordinators, parents, guardians, and community.
• Attend required meetings and training.
