Job summary

Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is seeking a Shift Coordinator to support management in shift planning, training, and compliant restaurant operations. This hourly, non-exempt role requires completion of the Shift Coordinator Program before training.

You will lead by example, coordinate interview scheduling, ensure safety and cleanliness, manage guest feedback, and help with promotions and data entry. Strong English communication and 2 years in a similar role are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 18+ years of age.
• Possession of state work cards.
• 2+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties per Shift Coordinator certification program.
• Lead shift plan execution and ensure smooth production.
• Direct teams to meet company standards and goals.
• Communicate daily goals from leadership to staff.
• Motivate guests with friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Report safety and policy violations to management.
• Assist with scheduling interviews for hourly staff.
• Follow manager appearance standards during duties.
• Train and motivate staff on shift responsibilities.
