Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Harborhill in East Greenwich, RI is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our caregiving team. The role involves supervising medication administration, assisting residents with daily living activities, and collaborating with families and physicians to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Licensure and state guidelines certification required.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification if required by State.
• Must complete Atria’s Medication Management Training if providing medications.
• Must complete all required Atria training programs.
• Proficient reading, writing, and ability to handle basic math.
• Flexible with schedules and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the medication program and medication room activities.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as needed.
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians.
• Report significant incidents or changes to the Executive Director/Resident Services Director.
• Assist in resident assessments and service plans.
• Assist in training assisted living staff and participate in orientation.
• Attend scheduled in-service programs and staff meetings.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing of Resident Services Assistants.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the medication program, activity in medication room and assisting the residents with self-administration of their medication.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and Independent with Activities of Daily Living as needed.
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families and physicians.
• Report any significant incidents and/or changes in the residents needs to the Executive Director/Resident Services Director.
• Assist in the completion of resident assessments and services plans.
• Assist in the training of assisted living staff and participates in orientation of new staff.
• Attend and participates in scheduled in-service programs, training programs and staff meetings.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing of Resident Services Assistants and Resident Medication Assistants as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $35.00/hr - $42.00/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
