You will manage the day-to-day operations of the delivery station, overseeing the delivery of Amazon orders directly to customers. You are responsible for maintaining a safe workplace, ensuring proper training, and addressing the needs of your team to enable optimal performance. Leading change quickly and innovatively is a vital part of this role.
