Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience operating equipment (crane, side loader, forklift).
• Ability to train, coach and develop staff.
• Willingness to learn SAP and become proficient.
• Pass physical requirements exam for vision, hearing and mobility.
• Complete a skills-based assessment.
• Flexible, dependable and solutions-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the warehouse team and assist the second shift Supervisor with production and department goals.
• Operate overhead crane, side loader and forklift as needed.
• Lead pre-shift safety and production huddles with the team.
• Train staff, coach, mentor, counsel and develop team members.
• Address machinery breakdowns and coordinate repairs.
• Fill in where needed during high demand or absences.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as business needs change.
