Johnson Controls - Silent-Aire division is seeking a Production Supervisor for Gilbert, AZ. The role leads a team on shift 2 (2pm - 12:30am) to meet plant goals and drive safety, quality, and productivity on the production floor.
Reporting to the Production Manager or Plant Manager, you will oversee daily pre-shift meetings, workforce coaching, and adherence to MERP/Task List, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with emphasis on safety and line performance.
