The Alarm Service Department Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of residential and commercial clients by installing, maintaining, and repairing alarm systems. This position requires a thorough understanding of alarm technologies and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. The technician will work closely with customers to assess their security needs and provide tailored solutions that meet industry standards. As part of the Service Team, you’ll be the engine behind our operational excellence. You’ll provide essential support, serve as a liaison for our customers.
