Job summary

Superhero Fire Protection is seeking an Alarm Technician to be the eyes, ears, and hands behind our life-saving fire alarm systems. You’ll install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair panels with precision and care to protect businesses and communities.

We value integrity, excellence, and heart. Bring 2+ years of fire alarm installation/service experience, familiarity with Silent Knight, Notifier, Fire-Lite or EST, a valid driver’s license, and a desire to make a difference.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fire alarm installation/service (NICET certification is a plus).
• Familiarity with major systems (Silent Knight, Notifier, Fire-Lite, EST).
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and service fire alarm systems with attention to detail.
• Perform inspections and testing in compliance with NFPA codes and local regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair alarm system components; ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Communicate with clients, team members, and project managers to ensure everything is (but, you know, not literally).
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all work is code-compliant.
