Job summary

Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel, operated by Aimbridge-Hospitality, is seeking a Cook II to lead kitchen activities across outlets including restaurant, café, room service, and banquets.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Food Handlers Certification required (must comply with State requirements).
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
  • A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
