Nottingham City Council is seeking a SHEQ Training Officer to support Resident Services by delivering professional training, competency assessments and development support across operational teams. As a SHEQ Training Officer, you will deliver training and competency assessments for frontline staff within Resident Services, helping to ensure colleagues have the skills, knowledge and confident to carry out their roles safely and effectively. The role will work closely with the SHEQ Team, Resident Services teams, the Corporate Safety Advisory Team and Development and Change colleagues to identify training needs and deliver high quality, value for money training.
