Job summary

Epiroc's SHEQ Manager, CSC NASA, based in Akron, OH, leads safety, health, environment and quality programs for the NASA Customer Solution Center. You will develop, implement, and maintain programs that ensure regulatory compliance and customer requirements across onsite, remote, and field teams.

You will drive audits, training, incident investigations, and reporting; collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advance ISO-aligned management systems while building a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant safety or quality field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in safety, health, environmental, quality, compliance, or related areas.
• Experience supporting industrial, warehouse, service, or distribution operations.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, MSHA, and ISO management systems.
• Experience with audits, corrective actions, and document control.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, health, environmental, and quality programs across diverse work environments.
• Develop and maintain compliance calendars, audits, and reporting.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Support training, communication, and cross-functional safety initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to reduce risks and promote safe work practices.
• Maintain management systems documentation and drive continuous improvement.
