Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a SHEQ Support (EHS) to help ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and other regulatory requirements on-site at our Delhi, IA facility. You will work in a manufacturing environment, perform audits, support incident investigations and deliver safety training.

The position is on-site with 1st shift, offering opportunities to contribute to continuous safety improvements and to build strong working relationships across operations and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Understanding of industrial instrumentation and control.
• Knowledgeable in OSHA laws as related to general shop practice.
• Mechanical ability to dismantle and reassemble simple assemblies.
• Experience in a machine shop environment preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and practical application in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with EHS software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage on the production floor to observe work practices, identify hazards, and promote safe behaviors.
• Support site compliance with OSHA, EPA and other applicable EHS regulations through audits, inspections, and program implementation.
• Support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training programs (LOTO, machine guarding, fall protection, PPE, hazard communication).
• Conduct job hazard analyses and risk assessments with operations and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate EHS records including training logs and incident reports.
• Support environmental compliance programs including waste handling and emissions.
• Partner with supervisors to drive proactive safety initiatives and improvements.
• Monitor and report safety metrics; contribute to action planning and safety goals.
• Assist in developing and reviewing written safety programs and procedures.
