Responsibilities

• Monitors daily workflow to provide high‑volume, high‑quality care.
• Schedules the veterinary services team to ensure efficient operations.
• Onboards new veterinary team members to ensure process integrity.
• Maintains clinic functions within state and local guidelines, rules and regulations.
• Oversees onsite vaccination clinics and ensures rapid client flow with excellent service.
• Communicates with shelter management, staff, and volunteers.
• Coordinates inventory and controls expenses with fiscal responsibility.
