Auberle in McKeesport, PA is seeking a Supervisor for the Family Emergency Shelter to ensure housing goals are met under HUD and housing first models. You will supervise frontline staff, review timesheets, and coordinate daily data reporting and compliance.

The role requires on-call rotation, hiring and orientation of new staff, and oversight of site safety, food purchases, and regulatory checks. Associate's degree or 3–5 years in social services with supervisory experience preferred; HUD/HMIS

Qualifications

• Associates degree in social work, human services or related field, or 3–5 years of experience in social services with supervisory exposure.
• Experience with HUD, Housing First principles and HMIS is strongly preferred.
• Completion of SFW/LSFW certification preferred or required within first year.

Responsabilités

• Supervise frontline staff and provide performance feedback to meet individual and team goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly data reporting and program compliance.
• Schedule staff shifts; review timesheets and expense logs; participate in hiring and orientation.
• Oversee site operations including safety, maintenance, and regulatory compliance (fire drills, inspections).
• Serve on the on-call rotation to troubleshoot and ensure adequate staffing.
