Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 12 months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required.
• 1-3 years of full-time health care related work experience is preferred.
• Valid identification required.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification preferred, not required.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (program specific).

Responsibilities

• Stabilize individuals and families entering shelter or temporary lodging.
• Conduct intakes into HMIS and provide education on rules, resources, and orientation.
• Face-to-face visits, perimeter walks, and escalation of issues impacting stabilization.
• Communicate identified needs to leadership and Client Care Coordinators to coordinate services.
• Complete data entry into HMIS (violations, end-of-shift notes, room checks).
• Identify need for housing prioritization assessment for individuals.
