Children's Rescue Fund is seeking a Shift/Safety Supervisor for our site in Long Island City, Queens. The individual will manage Safety Monitors, ensure safety protocols are observed, conduct fire drills, and respond to incidents per agency guidelines. Candidates should have a Security license, CPR certification, and supervisory experience in security or law enforcement. An inclusive work environment is promoted, valuing diversity among applicants.
Qualifications
Two years of Supervisory experience in security or law enforcement, or five years as a Private/Personal Security Officer.
Must successfully complete a background investigation.
Responsibilities
Supervise Safety Monitors and ensure safety duties are performed.
Conduct fire drills and document results.
Respond to incidents and follow agency protocols.
Prepare and audit Incident/Accident Reports.
Complete end of shift reports and email them to management.
