Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year security or social service experience preferred.
• Equivalent training/experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the activities of shelter clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and compliance with house rules.
• Supports inclement weather shelter operations, including preparing sleeping and dining areas and client intake.
• Regulates lights out/curfew/quiet hours for safety and comfort.
• Responds to emergencies calmly and initiates corrective actions per policies.
