Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a Level II Background Screening.
• CPR Certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Encourage residents to follow their case plan.
• Serve meals and maintain shelter safety and security.
• Work daily with the Case Manager to update resident progress.
