Qualifications

• Possess a background in victim advocacy.

• Able to work independently.
• Obtain CPR/ First Aid Training.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Willing to submit to random drug screenings.
• Willing to adhere to all shelter policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the motivator, mentor, and supervisor for clients.
• Manage day-to-day operations during the shift.
• Keep the shelter safe and secure at all times.
• Answer crisis calls and provide crisis intervention.
• Complete intake of incoming clients and children.
