Responsibilities

• Assist in defusing concerns and report information to the Program Director.
• Complete incident reports when needed.
• Record client exits with complete address and contact details.
• Prepare and update daily client housekeeping assignment logs and check-in/check-out logs.
• Monitor activity of residents via security cameras to ensure safety and compliance.
• Conduct daily room/area checks and file reports for client exits.
• Assist during mealtimes and perform periodic facility checks.
• Answer phones and respond to shelter/housing operation questions.
• Document daily client activities and file incident reports for management.
