Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Culinary certification and/or Serve Safe certification required (or obtained within first week).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in large quantity meal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to established menus and schedules.
• Restock kitchen supplies and prep for upcoming shifts.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff on bi-weekly menu planning and operations.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with safety standards.
• Train and direct volunteers in safe food handling and cleanup.
