Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required or equivalent.
• One year experience performing security or social service work preferred.
• Equivalents in training/experience that provide required knowledge, skills, and abilities accepted.

Responsibilities

• Conducts intakes and bag checks; stores medicines and weapons; coordinates with partner agencies on intake status.
• Maintains incident reports and confidentiality; supports overnight staff and volunteers.
• Answers calls professionally using the script and preserves safety and security standards.
