Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator for the Family Motel residential facility. This role supports multiple programs, ensures safety, supervises volunteers, and maintains client records in HMIS/Service Point.

The position offers hourly pay with multiple shifts, part-time and full-time options, and a comprehensive benefits package. The role emphasizes Trauma Informed Care, Harm Reduction, and crisis de-escalation techniques.

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree in a related area or the equivalent experience in human services.
• One year direct human service experience.
• Willing to obtain and maintain first aid, AED, and CPR certifications.
• Criminal and civil background checks within 30 days of hire.
• Good organizational and planning skills; works well as part of a team.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the safety and wellbeing of residents and keep facilities clean and orderly.
• Document all client interactions and required eligibility information; ensure timely reporting in HMIS/Service Point.
• Provide front desk tasks including answering calls, accepting donations, and handling mail.
• Coordinate activities, assist in supervision of volunteers, and support housing stability efforts.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts, attend meetings, and participate as part of the Family Motel team.
• Maintain and monitor the milieu, address conflicts, and escalate as needed.
