Qualifications

• Associates degree and 5-7 years of management experience with leadership ability.
• Two years of management/supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to work with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assign and oversee tasks for transportation and logistics managers and fleet coordinator.
• Monitor daily census, call logs, manifests, and reports for accuracy.
• Ensure schedules are adhered to and adjust as needed.
• Assist in implementing policies and procedures to maintain contractual compliance.
• Oversee transportation, outreach activities and inventory.
• Communicate with shelter providers and District agencies as needed.
• Review staff timecards for payroll processing.
• Update Shelter Hotline Policy and Procedures Manual.
• Recognize and respond to incidents; assume program operations in director’s absence.
