Paycom - ATS is seeking a part-time House Monitor/Cook for evenings and weekends in Jackson, Mississippi. The role involves monitoring shelter residents, handling intake checks, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Must be able to manage logs, inventory, and respond calmly to emergencies while ensuring compliance with house rules. The position requires a High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of cooking for large groups and/or security or social service

Competenze

• High school diploma or G.E.D required.
• 1 year experience cooking for large groups preferred.
• 1 year experience in security or social service work preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable.

Mansioni

• Check clients into the shelter and manage intake records.
• Monitor residents to ensure safety and compliance with house rules.
• Prepare and serve meals, maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and food.
• Complete required intake paperwork and balance funds as needed.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
