Job summary

Town of Barnstable seeks a Shellfish Program Assistant to support the Shellfish Biologist and Shellfish Technician with general and technical work relating to shellfishery in town. Minimum qualifications: High School degree; experience in environmental science, marine biology, shellfish aquaculture or equivalent.

A Class D driver's license is required; CPR and First Responder certifications are desirable. Additional qualifications include knowledge of shellfish propagation and management;
