Qualifications

• Must have basic physical ability to perform farming tasks.
• Able to follow safety guidelines and paperwork.
• Experience in aquaculture environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in seeding operations including lines and prepping lines.
• Maintain rafts, lines, and farm structures.
• Harvest mussels: sorting, cleaning, packing for sale.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines for a safe environment.
• Keep accurate records and complete paperwork.
• Operate equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Assist with organizing the farm area and cleanup.
