Job summary

Pacific Seafood's Willapa Bay Farm in South Bend is seeking a Shellfish Farm Worker to support mussel harvesting, raft maintenance, and on‑site operations. You will operate equipment, help with packing, and keep accurate records while maintaining a clean, safe work environment in variable coastal conditions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; a valid driver’s license preferred, and experience in aquaculture or bilingual Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in seeding operations including lines setup and prep.
• Maintain rafts, lines, and farm structures; assist harvesting mussels.
• Operate farm equipment safely and keep accurate records.
• Assist with packing and meet sales/customer needs.
• Work safely in variable weather and on the water.
