Job summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking a Seasonal Farm Worker at Penn Cove Plant to support mussel production and farm operations. You will assist in seeding, harvest activities, equipment operation, and packing, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, aquaculture experience, and bilingual English/Spanish. The role requires physical stamina and ability to work variable shifts in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience with aquaculture farming.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English).

Responsibilities

• Participate in seeding operations including lines prep.
• Maintenance of rafts, lines, and farm structures.
• Harvesting mussels: sorting, cleaning, and packing for sale.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Keep accurate records and complete paperwork as required.
• Operate farm equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and harvesting gear safely.
• Assist with packing operations to meet sales/customer needs.

Skills
