Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred candidates may have a valid driver's license.
• Experience in aquaculture farming and bilingual ability are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in seeding operations including lines setup and prepping.
• Maintain rafts, lines, and farm structures.
• Harvest mussels: sorting, cleaning, packing for sale.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure safety.
• Record activities and complete paperwork.
• Operate farm equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts, harvesting equipment).
• Assist with packing and organize the farm area.
• Work in adverse weather and on the water.
