Job summary

NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) in Hagåtña, Guam, is seeking a part-time Stock Clerk to stock shelves, unload merchandise, and keep the storage and sales areas clean and orderly. You will work under supervision, with tasks including stocking, pricing, and assisting customers as needed.

No prior experience required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Hazardous Materials (HazMat) training must be completed within 90 days of hire as required by DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Unpacks, sorts, and stocks shelves with merchandise per instructions.
• Moves and stocks merchandise within storage area as needed.
• Prices stamps merchandise.
• Operates price tag machine.
• Counts stock items for periodic inventories.
• Keeps storage and sales areas clean and orderly.
• Assists sales staff in bagging and wrapping purchases.
• Works under supervisor; progress reviewed against instructions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
