Job summary

Hy-Vee, Inc. is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves full, organized, and ready for customers. You’ll unload trucks, stock and rotate products, assist customers, and help maintain store cleanliness. Training will be provided, and a High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

This hourly role involves standing and walking throughout shifts, with opportunities to assist in other store areas and participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work at a steady pace.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find items throughout the store.
• Assist customers with locating products, reaching items, and handling purchases.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate products to ensure freshness, and monitor stock levels.
• Report mis-picks, outs, or wrong deliveries to the team.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize backroom stock as needed.
• Assist with stocking and maintenance in multiple store areas and support special projects.
