You will read plan-o-grams, prepare displays, maintain inventory, and coordinate with store staff. The job requires physical activity, a valid insurable driving record, and English proficiency; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plan-o-grams to execute accurate section resets on schedule.
• Collect new item tags and products, and prepare the work area before resets.
• Reposition shelving and merchandise according to updated schematics.
• Maintain inventory levels and complete scheduled display updates throughout the shift.
• Travel to other division store locations when workload or business needs require it.
• Remain qualified as an insurable driver.
• Report section completion to Kroger supervisors and your team lead.
• Provide professional customer assistance using Kroger's Customer 1st Strategy.
• Maintain productive relationships with store management and staff.
• Follow all KOMPASS guidelines regarding timeliness, productivity, teamwork, communication, and clock-in procedures.
• During periods of reduced hours, may support other store tasks as needed.
